LECCINO OLIVES

Sweeter than most black olives, Leccino are little oval fruits with a firm texture which provide a good bite in salads and which is retained during cooking, giving them a high degree of versatility. Native to south-central Italy (Tuscany, Lazio, Abruzzo and Puglia), these olives are naturally cured in brine for 8 months. Use as a pizza topping with roasted peppers, ricotta and ‘nduja.

OUR RANGE COMPRISES:

KALAMON OLIVES

These plump, deep purple, almond-shaped black olives are hand-picked under the Greek sun and naturally cured in brine for 8 months, following an ancient method that preserves their characteristic aroma and intensifies their fruity flavour. They work beautifully with roasted onions, butternut squash and feta cheese.

Give a tangy touch to a pasta salad with a spicy tomato sauce, then top with olives and roasted peppers.
