L’AQUILA is a company specialising in supplying specialty Italian vegetable ingredients, initially catered to restaurants, and food service providers when its journey began in 1987, focusing on importing truffles and wild mushrooms, an area in which we still excel, L'Aquila has since expanded its offering to include a diverse range of Mediterranean vegetable ingredients for food manufacturing and food service operators all over the UK.

 

Today our vegan and vegetarian range includes: wild and exotic dried mushrooms, truffles and truffle products, antipasti, chargrilled and marinated Mediterranean vegetables, sun-dried and semi dried roasted tomatoes, vegetable purées, olives with provenance, smoked paprika and saffron and selected Italian pulses and cereals.
