Our diverse vegan and vegetarian range features options such as wild and exotic dried mushrooms, truffles and truffle products, chargrilled and roasted Mediterranean vegetables (artichokes, peppers, aubergines, courgettes, onions, mushrooms and other related ingredients), olives with provenance, sun-dried and semi-dried tomatoes, vegetable purees, selected Italian pulses and cereals, and spices.
