Rich and sweet, our caramelised onion relish with balsamic vinegar is a beautiful topping or filling for pizza and sandwiches or served on a grazing platter.

ONION PEARLS
Sweet and crunchy little onion pearls (10-14mm) slowly cured in balsamic vinegar of Modena for a tangy bite. Great to add a sharp twist to preparations starring mayonnaise, cheese, cured meat or tuna. Add to a ham hock and new potato salad with baby lettuce, boiled eggs and parsley.
