ONION PEARLS
Sweet and crunchy little onion pearls (10-14mm) slowly cured in balsamic vinegar of Modena for a tangy bite. Great to add a sharp twist to preparations starring mayonnaise, cheese, cured meat or tuna. Add to a ham hock and new potato salad with baby lettuce, boiled eggs and parsley.
