PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS

Plump Portobello mushroom slices or caps are roasted and chargrilled, then slowly marinated with garlic and herbs. Incredibly rich in umami goodness and low in calories, they become a headline ingredient in pizza and sandwiches, where their fleshy texture can replace meat in the modern search for all things veggie.

PORCINI MUSHROOMS

CHAMPIGNON MUSHROOMS

Firm but delicate, our champignons are preserved starting from fresh raw material, which ensures great texture and depth of flavour. Fill an English muffin with roasted tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms for a veggie breakfast on the go, or jazz up a smoked ham and cheddar toastie.

MUSHROOM MIXES

Our mushroom mixes are carefully selected to achieve a blend of underwood textures and flavours. The earthy umami aroma is gently enhanced with a touch of aromatic herbs.
