What an exciting year it has been. We we are thrilled to be working on so many interesting projects!
We have had a very busy year getting creative with our truffle ingredients, diversifying our range of plant-based meat alternatives, visiting our factories in Italy and participating in industry trade shows.
Especially popular products in 2023 have been our Salsa Truffina black truffle and champignon mushroom sauce, Truffoil condiment, Borettane onions in balsamic vinegar, chargrilled sliced Portobello mushrooms, chargrilled artichokes, wild and exotic dried mushroom pieces (to add umami and texture in plant-based recipes) and our stand-out concentrated crushed Ligurian basil.

Give Light: Support and Donate to Hope for Children this Christmas
L’Aquila is a proud supporter of the vital work Hope for Children does to change the lives of poor and exploited children worldwide - www.hope-for-children.org
We repeated the no-Sweetember fundraiser last month, challenging everyone to give up sweet treats throughout the month of November and helping to raise nearly £10,000 for Hope's ‘Shine a Light for children in Kampala’ project.
Instead of sending Christmas cards and gifts this year, L’Aquila is donating to the Hope for Children ‘Shine a Light for Children in Kampala’ project. This project is raising funds to purchase solar lights for children living in Kampala, Uganda. Situated near the equator, the sun sets at 6:30pm throughout the year, and there is no electricity meaning children cannot read, write or complete homework after sunset.
It would mean the world if you could help us to support them this Christmas.
